Remote Assistance

Remote assistance allows you to share your control of your screen and mouse.

Remote assistance requires you to download and run a small app. The app is a one time use and will NOT install anything permanent.

Only join remote assistance when directed by our technician, otherwise no technician will be available to assist you.

Instructions

1. Click the "Download Remote Support" button.
2. Once downloaded, "Run" the app and accept any prompts.
3. Type in your name when prompted.
4. Our agents will then be able to connect to your screen.
